How is Intergroup organized?
Greater Seattle Intergroup has a Board of Directors consisting of five officers (four elected every two years, in even years: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary). The fifth officer, the Chair Emeritus, is the immediate Past Chair.

In addition to the officers, each District within King County and Southwest Snohomish County has a representative who votes on the Board.
The Office Staff consists of a paid Office Manager, 26 hours per week, and a paid Assistant Office Manager, 12 hours per week. Intergroup engages the services of more than 150 volunteers to answer the phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The standing service committees are Corrections, Hospital & Treatment, PI/CPC and Accessibility. In addition, there are support committees: Office, Finance, Web & Tech, Third Legacy, Nightwatch, Special Events, Archivist and the Editor of the High & Dry newsletter.
