W & T committee mission and structure

  1. The Web and Tech Committee shall insure that technology supports and enables Greater Seattle Intergroup’s mission and vision.
  2. The Web and Tech Committee shall meet on a regular basis, and whenever requested by the Office Manager, the Committee Chairperson or the Intergroup Board.
  3. The Committee is responsible for the maintenance, support, and documentation of the Intergroup computer system, website, phone system, and the Nightwatch automated phone rotation system.
  4. The Web and Tech Committee shall consist of the following members:
    1. Chairperson who is elected by those present at the Web and Tech meeting where this position is scheduled for election. This is a two-year position that will rotate in December of even numbered years.
    2. Secretary who is elected by those present at the Web and Tech meeting where this position is scheduled for election. This is a one year position that will rotate every December.
    3. Web Admin [Webmaster] who is elected by those present at the Web and Tech meeting where this position is scheduled for election. This is a two-year position that will rotate in December of odd numbered years.
    4. Nightwatch and Phone system Administrator who is elected by those present at the Web and Tech meeting where this position is scheduled for election. This is a two-year position that will rotate in December of odd numbered years.
    5. Internal IT Administrator who is elected by those present at the Web and Tech meeting where this position is scheduled for election. This is a two-year position that will rotate in December of even numbered years.
